LIKE A CHILD (Matthew 18:2-5)

Jesus admonished us to be converted and be like little children in order to enter the kingdom of heaven.

1. A child even when offended, will absolutely forget the wrong done to him within few minutes and then play freely with the offender. A child does not keep grudges, malice or offences in his heart.
2. A child is oblivious of all the wickedness and evil in the world, children are innocent creatures.
3. A child trusts explicitly, he believes in any promise the adult gives.

As believers, we are to be like children. Although children have no power of their own, Christ cares for them; He took them up in His arms and blessed them. (Mark 10:13-16). Be like a little child in all these areas and witness the Lords everlasting hands underneath you. May we heed to God’s word and be like a child. Amen.
