You have to be decisive

Getting to Heaven won’t be on a platter of gold
You have to be decisive
Winning the battle won’t be on a bed of roses
You have to be decisive
To sing the victor’s song at last
You have to be decisive
To wear the golden crown of life

You have to be decisive
To win the battle against sin
You have to be decisive
To put your flesh under subjection
You have to be decisive
To overcome all temptations
You have to be decisive
To live a spotless life

You have to be decisive
Or else you’ll remain prayerless
You have to be decisive
Otherwise you’ll keep falling and rising
You have to be decisive
If not you’ll just keep on wishing
You have to be decisive
Otherwise you may be a failure

You have to be decisive
Or else your life’s purpose you won’t fulfill
You have to be decisive
If not you’ll be a mediocre
You have to be decisive
Otherwise you won’t succeed in ministry
You have to be decisive
Otherwise no soul will be won for God

If you’re not decisive
Getting to Heaven may be mere wishes
Let’s tell ourselves the truth
How long will you remain like this
Lukewarm and lethargic
Living a life that’s cold and dry
Wake up and be decisive
You can’t continue slumbering

You have to be decisive
The grace of God is already there
His grace is so full and free
For those who care to ask in prayer
You have to be decisive
So you’ll not have any regrets
Get up and be decisive
You’ll sing the victor’s song at last. Amen
